The Opportunity Due to continued growth, we are seeking a high-calibre Associate - Mechanical Services to join our leadership team. This is a senior, leadership-focused role where you will: Lead and deliver complex MEP design projects Mentor and develop junior engineers Build and maintain strong client relationships Play a key role in business growth and strategic direction Contribute to the commercial success of the consultancyKey Responsibilities Lead mechanical (MEP) design projects from concept through to completion Provide technical leadership and oversight on engineering calculations and design work Manage project teams and mentor junior staff Develop and maintain client relationships Ensure high standards of communication across internal and external stakeholdersDesired Skills & Experience Strong background in MEP / Mechanical Building Services Design Proficiency in engineering calculations and industry software (AutoCAD, Revit, IES) Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills Proven ability to lead projects and manage client relationships Minimum 10+ years' experience in a relevant role Chartered Engineer status (or working towards)Qualifications MEng / BEng / HND / HNC MCIBSE or FCIBSE (desirable)Working Arrangements Remote working modelRG Setsquare is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy
