Residential Support Worker (EBD, Vulnerable Children & PMLD) Location: Birmingham Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time opportunities available We are currently seeking compassionate and experienced Residential Support Workers to join our team, supporting children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), vulnerable backgrounds, and Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD). This is a rewarding opportunity for dedicated professionals who are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of children and young people within a residential care setting. About the Role: As a Residential Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care, emotional support, and practical assistance to children with a range of complex needs. You will help create a safe, nurturing, and structured environment where young people can thrive.
