Exciting opportunity for an experienced Electrician to join a reputable social housing electrical team in London on a permanent basis. Start Date: Immediate - Permanent role Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems within social housing properties, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. Conduct inspections, troubleshoot electrical issues, and undertake necessary repairs or upgrades. Collaborate with property managers and other trades to deliver efficient electrical services. NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent qualification. Previous experience working within social housing environments. Full UK driving licence and own trade tools. 2391 Testing (advantageous) Salary- £45k- £50k Mon- Fri- 08:00am - 17:00pm This is a permanent position with a competitive salary package.
