Multi Trader - West Midlands - £34,000 to £37,000 (DOE) Involve recruitment midlands are seeking an experienced and reliable Multi Trader to work for a well established maintenance and refurbishment contractor. The client specialise in maintenance and refurbishment projects across the West Midlands in commercial, healthcare and social housing. Key Responsibilities: * Carry out repairs and maintenance to building fabric (walls, doors, frames, skirting, plasterwork, painting etc). * Additional works will include kitchen and bathroom fitting (social housing contracts). * Maintain high standards of cleanliness and site organisation * Identify and rectify defects within contract timescales * Manage and control resources, stock, and plant (owned and hired) * Support continuous improvement initiatives with the client * Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety procedures. * Maintain accurate records and work closely with the site team to control work packages * Ensure excellent customer service at all times Essential Skills and Experience: * Proven experience delivering similar refurbishment or maintenance works * Strong understanding of safe working practices * Experience carrying out building fabric and social housing repairs / upgrades * Ability to record and report information accurately * Flexible, reliable, and committed to quality * Confident communicator with strong client‑facing skills * Evidence of strong productivity and successful work outputs * Strong customer service focus This opportunity is available for an immediate start, The company also offers a full pension, a company van and mobile phone.
