Site Supervisor

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Supervisor to support day-to-day repairs within a social housing environment. Based in Redditch, with responsibility for managing operatives and subcontractors across planned and reactive works. Key Responsibilities: Supervising day-to-day repairs and maintenance works across social housing properties Managing a team of operatives and subcontractors Ensuring works are completed to programme and within agreed timescales Monitoring quality of work and ensuring high standards are maintained Upholding health & safety compliance across all sites Liaising with tenants, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth deliveryRequirements: Proven experience in a supervisory role within social housing Experience managing both operatives and subcontractors on repairs/maintenance works Must pass a Basic DBS check Strong organisational and communication skills Valid Gold CSCS  Full UK driving licenceWhat’s on Offer: £22.58p/h CIS 8 month contract, with possibility of extension Company van and fuel card  Immediate start availableTo apply, please submit your CV or get in touch for more information
