Supply Teacher

We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers to work across a range of primary and secondary schools in London. This role is ideal for qualified teachers looking for flexible working opportunities while gaining experience in diverse educational settings. Supply Teachers play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning in the absence of permanent staff, ensuring pupils remain engaged and supported in line with the National Curriculum. Key Responsibilities * Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a variety of subjects and year groups * Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies * Create a positive and inclusive learning environment * Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEN * Mark work and provide feedback where required * Follow safeguarding procedures and school policies at all times * Communicate effectively with school staff and leadership teams Requirements * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent * Previous teaching experience in UK schools (preferred) * Strong classroom management skills * Flexibility and willingness to work in different school environments * Good understanding of the UK National Curriculum * Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one) Desirable Skills & Experience * Experience working with SEN pupils * Ability to teach across multiple subjects or key stages * Experience in both primary and secondary settings * Strong communication and interpersonal skills
