Facilities Delivery Manager Location: Berkshire Salary £45,000 per annum Contract: Permanent About the Role We are working with a well-established and growing facilities management provider to recruit a Facilities Delivery Manager. This is a key role responsible for overseeing multi-site maintenance operations across a designated region, ensuring high-quality service delivery and strong client relationships. You will manage a team of multi-skilled engineers, driving performance, compliance, and operational efficiency across a portfolio of commercial sites. Key Responsibilities * Lead, supervise, and support a team of engineers across multiple locations * Drive performance against KPIs and SLAs, ensuring high standards of service delivery * Conduct regular audits and site visits to maintain compliance and safety standards * Support recruitment, training, and development of engineering staff * Act as the main escalation point for operational issues * Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to maintain strong relationships * Monitor and improve engineering processes to increase efficiency * Support project delivery, including minor works and capital projects * Authorise timesheets and oversee stock control About You * Proven experience in a facilities management, service delivery, or operations role * Experience managing engineers across multiple sites * Strong leadership and team management skills * Good understanding of health & safety and compliance within FM * Ability to manage performance, KPIs, and service levels * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Relevant trade or FM qualification desirable What’s on Offer * Salary up to £45,000 * Company vehicle or allowance * Opportunity to join a growing organisation with strong career progression * Supportive and collaborative working environment
