BIM Technician MEP

About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MEP BIM Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital construction, coordination, and delivering high-quality building services models across a range of projects. As an MEP BIM Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the effective coordination of mechanical, electrical, and public health systems within a BIM environment. You will work closely with design teams, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve clashes, maintain model integrity, and support project delivery from design through to construction. Key Responsibilities: * Develop, manage, and coordinate MEP BIM models using industry-standard software * Perform clash detection and coordinate resolutions across disciplines * Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and external consultants * Ensure BIM standards, protocols, and project requirements are met * Produce coordinated drawings, schedules, and reports * Support BIM implementation and continuous improvement initiatives * Attend coordination meetings and communicate technical solutions effectively Requirements: * Proven experience in an MEP BIM Coordinator or similar role * Strong proficiency in tools such as Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 / ACC * Good understanding of MEP systems and construction processes * Experience with clash detection and model coordination workflows * Knowledge of BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650) is desirable * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team Desirable: * Experience on large-scale or multidisciplinary projects * Familiarity with Dynamo or other automation tools * Relevant qualifications in engineering, construction, or BIM What We Offer: * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunities for career progression and training * Flexible working arrangements * A collaborative and innovative working environment
