Sales Controller 📍 Oxford 💰 £55,000 OTE 🗓️ No Sundays The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Controller to join a high-performing dealership in Oxford. This is a key position within the sales team, responsible for supporting the Sales Manager in driving performance, maximising profitability, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities * Support the Sales Manager in the day-to-day running of the sales department * Assist in driving the team to achieve and exceed sales targets * Manage and structure deals to maximise profitability * Monitor team performance and provide coaching where required * Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and company standards * Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process * Step in to manage the team in the absence of the Sales Manager Requirements * Previous experience as a Sales Controller or Senior Sales Executive within the motor trade * Strong understanding of finance and deal stacking * Proven track record of achieving targets and driving performance * Excellent leadership and coaching skills * Strong communication and organisational abilities * Full UK driving licence What’s on Offer * £55,000 OTE * No Sunday working – excellent work-life balance * Career progression opportunities within a growing dealer group * Supportive and high-performing team environment * Ongoing training and development
