Freelance Site Manager – New Build Retail Project Location: Wellington, Somerset Duration: – 4th May - December Rate: Competitive (dependent on experience) We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a new build retail store project in Bridgend. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced project with an immediate start and a strong pipeline through to completion in November. Key Responsibilities: * Day-to-day management of site operations * Coordinating subcontractors and trades on site * Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard * Maintaining health & safety compliance and site documentation * Liaising with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders * Monitoring progress and reporting to senior management Requirements: * Proven experience as a Site Manager on new build retail or commercial projects * Valid SMSTS certification * CSCS Black Managers Card (essential) * First Aid at Work certification * Strong leadership and communication skills * Ability to hit the ground running and manage a live site independently What’s on Offer: * Immediate start * Competitive day rates * Opportunity to work on a high-profile retail development If you are a proactive and reliable Site Manager available for an immediate start, we would like to hear from you
