Commercial Finance Broker Location: North West, UK (Hybrid) Package: £35,000 - £45,000 Basic (DOE) Uncapped Commission 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays Birthday Off Pension The Opportunity: Clover Talent is exclusively partnered with a fast-growing, private equity-backed brokerage that has recently launched its own lending book. You’ll be joining at a key stage of growth, with the chance to help shape the next phase of the business while working with a highly experienced leadership team. The Role: As a Commercial Finance Broker, you’ll work consultatively with UK SMEs, helping them access the funding they need to grow. You’ll structure deals, negotiate terms, and source the right solutions from a panel of lenders across Asset Finance, Business Loans, Invoice Finance and Merchant Cash Advance. What You'll Do: * Build and manage SME client relationships * Structure deals and negotiate terms * Drive revenue through proactive business development * Work closely with lenders to ensure smooth applications What We're Looking For: * Experience in commercial finance (brokerage or lender) * Proven cold calling and new business track record * Strong understanding of lending products * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Ambition to grow with a scaling business Why Join?
