Supply Secondary Teacher (General Cover) Flexible Work | Competitive Daily Rates | Immediate & Ongoing Opportunities The North West Odin Childcare & Education Recruitment is currently recruiting for adaptable, confident and enthusiastic Supply Secondary Teachers to work on a general cover basis across a range of supportive and well-established secondary schools in the North West. With increasing demand for flexible staffing solutions, we are seeking strong classroom practitioners who can step into a variety of subjects and maintain high standards of learning and behaviour. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced teachers looking for flexibility, as well as ECTs keen to broaden their experience across different school settings. ________________________________________ The Role • Deliver pre-set lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable but not essential) • Maintain positive behaviour management in line with school policies • Ensure continuity of learning in the absence of the regular class teacher • Adapt quickly to different departments and school environments • Provide clear feedback to teaching staff at the end of each day Assignments can range from day-to-day cover to short-term or longer-term placements. ________________________________________ You: • Have recent experience teaching within UK secondary schools • Are confident delivering general cover across a range of subjects • Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills • Are professional, reliable and adaptable Whether you are seeking 1–2 days per week or full-time supply, we can offer work to suit your availability. ________________________________________ Why Work with Odin Childcare & Education Recruitment?
