Job Title: Patient Services Manager Location: Leicester City Centre Salary: £35,000 – £38,000 (dependent on experience) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Start Date: ASAP About the Role We are a busy GP practice in Leicester City Centre seeking an experienced Patient Services Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our reception and administrative services, ensuring a high standard of patient care and operational efficiency. Working Hours * Monday to Friday: 7:45am – 4:30pm * Thursday: 7:45am – 12:15pm Key Responsibilities * Line manage the reception and administration team * Handle patient enquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively * Ensure high standards of patient service * Maintain efficient front-of-house and administrative operations About You * Substantial line management experience * Experience in healthcare or a fast-paced environment preferred * Confident managing complaints and challenging situations * Strong communication and organisational skills * Aligned with our values: Compassion, Respect, Quality, Efficiency, and Partnership
