Teaching Assistant – Cardiff Revised Recruitment Group are currently seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support a local school in Cardiff. The successful candidate will have an exciting opportunity to work within a high-performing and supportive environment following completion of online registration. Teaching Assistant Job Specification: * Support the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons * Assist students with their learning, providing one-to-one or small group support where required * Help prepare classroom materials and resources in line with lesson plans * Reinforce the school’s behaviour management policy * Support students with additional learning needs where appropriate * Assist with the administration of class activities, including tests and coursework * Encourage students to stay on task and engaged during lessons * Provide feedback to the teacher on student progress and behaviour * Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment * Adhere to all school policies, including behaviour management, health and safety, and equal opportunities To be eligible for a Teaching Assistant role with Revised Recruitment Group, you must: * Hold the Right to Work in the UK * Possess an enhanced DBS certificate on the child barred list registered with the online update service, or be willing to apply for one * Provide two professional references related to working with children If you are passionate about supporting young people and making a difference in education, we would love to hear from you
