Building Surveyor

A well-established multidisciplinary construction consultancy is seeking a Building Surveyor to join their expanding team. The building surveyor will work across a range of sectors including Commercial, Residential, and Retail. This building surveyor role will be based in Central London and offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across diverse projects. The Company? This building surveyor will contribute to a team that is involved in a wide range of high-profile London projects. The Role As the building surveyor you will support Project Team Leaders throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities include: Undertaking day-to-day project delivery across Commercial, Retail, Corporate, and Residential sectors Managing design teams and coordinating multidisciplinary inputs Overseeing contract administration and project documentation Preparing project reports, programmes, budgets, and feasibility studies Conducting measured surveys, site inspections, and producing condition reports The Building Surveyor? The ideal building surveyor will have a strong background in construction-related roles and a keen interest in delivering effective project outcomes. Applications from non-construction backgrounds will not be considered.
