To comply with SHE regulations at all times Fabricating, assembling and installing parts of the ship, dependant on their trade Using a range of hand and mechanical tools and equipment to complete fabrication activities Installing utilities aboard ship i.e. sinks, showers and toilets Fabricate and install pipework systems in large and small bore pipework using different materials (copper, cuni and carbon steel) Using a range of hand tools & mechanical equipment to cutting, bend, braze, soldering and weld pipes To deploy their skills to the very best of their ability in aid of delivering the highest standard of product possible To maintain positive working relations with team mates Engaging with management in order to improve work productivityAccountable for complying with all new and current work methods, ensuring it is done to the very best of their ability. In doing so, this should produce the best quality product possible, as well as reducing time and waste spent on the job.
