Trainee Fabricator - Halstead, Essex - Day Shift - Full Time - £12.21 - £14.00 p/h We are currently recruiting for a Junior Fabrication Technician / Trainee Fabricator to join a well-established manufacturing company on a full time, temporary - permanent basis. This is a hands-on role offering long-term stability, the opportunity to learn from experienced fabricators, and clear progression into a senior fabrication position within 12-18 months. This role would suit someone with some workshop experience, eager to learn, enjoys practical work, and wants to build a long-term career in fabrication. About the role: As a Trainee Fabricator Working alongside the Lead Body Fabricator, your primary responsibility will be to support the fabrication process and ensure the lead fabricator can work efficiently and productively. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you will assist with material preparation, basic fabrication tasks, and general workshop support. You will be given the opportunity to develop your skills across multiple stages of fabrication, with the goal of progressing into a fully skilled fabricator role.
