We are recruiting an experience Training Coordinator to support a busy facilities management company based in Heathrow. This role is to start immediately and is a 9 month maternity cover position. Location: Heathrow Contract Type: 9 months Industry: Facilities Management Pay Rate: £12.71 – £15.50 per hour (PAYE) Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (40 hours per week) Start Date: Mid April Key Responsibilities * Schedule and book all required training to ensure full compliance with Heathrow contract requirements. * Liaise with operational teams to ensure staff understand training expectations and attendance requirements. * Book and manage training rooms and support the Operational Trainer with session logistics. * Deliver mandatory training including inductions, GSAT/BSAT, fire safety, and other airport‑specific sessions. * Maintain accurate training records, update matrices, and produce monthly reports. * Act as an active member of the QSHE team, promoting organisational values and challenging behaviours not aligned with standards. * Ensure training supports safe use of plant, equipment, and PPE. * Work closely with the ID Pass Coordinator, Operational Trainer, and wider teams to improve training culture. * Support and monitor agency performance, providing feedback where required. * Attend internal meetings to review contract performance and update shared documentation. * Provide occasional out‑of‑hours support to meet operational needs. * Review training data and trends, recommending improvements to enhance compliance and efficiency. * Identify opportunities to enhance services and recognise colleagues through reward schemes. Person Specification * Strong organisational and time‑management skills with flexibility to support a 24/7 operation. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a people‑facing role and 1 year in a fast‑paced environment. * Confident communicator able to adapt style for different audiences. * Skilled in administration, record‑keeping, and Microsoft systems. * Positive, self‑motivated, and committed to personal development
