The Role You’ll work across a wide range of Commercial, Education, Healthcare, and Public Sector projects, gaining exposure to both professional and project‑based building surveying duties. Your responsibilities will include: Undertaking inspections, surveys, and condition assessments Preparing detailed reports, specifications, and tender documentation Assisting with project management and contract administration Supporting senior colleagues on complex commissions while managing your own workload independently Delivering professional services such as dilapidations, party wall, and landlord & tenant matters Contributing to client relationships and maintaining high standards of service delivery About You You’ll be a proactive, technically capable Building Surveyor who thrives under minimal supervision and enjoys working on varied projects.
