Project Manager - Biopharma CAPEX Operations

Project Manager - Biopharma CAPEX Project Manager to lead, coordinate and deliver CAPEX project onsite supporting and optimizing throughout. Job Purpose * Execute project plans, budgets, timelines and resource allocations for large-scale Biopharma CAPEX projects. * Track project milestones and ensure timely delivery of all phases. * Proactive drive Safety and Quality focus throughout project lifecycle. * Prepare and present regular progress updates to senior management and stakeholders. * Primary point of contact for internal teams, contractors, technical consultants, and regulatory bodies. * Lead / motivate multidisciplinary teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives. * Ensure effective communication / collaboration between engineering, procurement, and quality assurance. * Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success. * Manage project budgets, ensure cost control and adherence to financial target. * Prepare regular financial reports and forecasts for stakeholders and senior management. * Mentor and provide guidance to the team. * Enforce compliance with all relevant laws, policies and regulations. * Conduct regular risk assessments and update stakeholders on potential issues. Requirements: * 5-8 years in the Life Science/Biotech industry, 3+ years specifically in Project Management. * Technical Degree or Master's in a relevant field. * Experience in Portfolio Resource Management and Business Case Development. * Strong influencing skills, ability to resolve conflicts, and lead multinational teams. * Proven track record of continuous improvement and problem solving in manufacturing environments. * Expertise in use of Smartsheets, MS Project, and Trackwise (or other Change Control systems)
