Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant; BC / LS Central Microsoft Partner Remote UK Role overview Work with operations leads to map processes, shape solutions, and configure BC/LS to support multi-site retail and venue operations. You’ll run discovery, design, and adoption activities end-to-end, ensuring programmes land cleanly with users. What you’ll do * Lead discovery, blueprint, and fit-gap workshops. * Produce user journeys, data models, and configuration packs. * Configure BC/LS modules, extensions, and Power Platform components. * Deliver testing cycles, training, and readiness sessions that drive adoption. What you’ll bring * 4+ years D365 BC and/or retail transformation experience. * Strong understanding of finance and supply chain processes. * Confident facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder management. * Interest in using AI and automation to speed up workshops and documentation. Success looks like * Blueprints signed off quickly with minimal rework. * High adoption and satisfaction scores from users and programme leads. * Smooth access to CX, data, and engineering teams, plus templates and AI tooling.
