Refrigeration Engineer - London & Home counties Full-Time | Permanent £45,000 - £55,000 DOE + Overtime + Call-Out (OTE £60k+) The Opportunity Alecto Recruitment is currently partnering with a well-established and growing business seeking an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join their team across London and the surrounding areas. The Role You'll be responsible for the installation, service, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of commercial refrigeration systems. Working across multiple sites, you'll ensure equipment is operating efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with current regulations. Key Responsibilities Installation, service, and maintenance of refrigeration systems Fault finding and reactive breakdown repairs Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Working on equipment including: Cold rooms Pack systems Display cabinets Commercial fridges and freezers Completing service reports and job documentation Ensuring compliance with health & safety standards Maintaining a professional presence on client sites About You Proven experience as a Refrigeration Engineer F-Gas Category 1 (essential) NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (desirable) Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge Full UK driving licence Able to work independently and manage your own workload effectively Professional, reliable, and customer-focused What's On Offer Competitive salary: £45,000 - £55,000 (depending on experience) Overtime and call-out opportunities (OTE £60k+) Company vehicle and fuel card Pension scheme 28 days holiday including bank holidays Long-term career stability with a respected employer Apply Now Reference: INDAV If you're an experienced Refrigeration Engineer ready for your next move, apply today to be considered.
