HVAC Service Engineer London & Home Counties (Field-Based) £48,000 - £55,000 + Overtime & Call-Out (OTE £60k+) Company Van + Fuel Card | Paid Travel Time | 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays The Opportunity We're working with a well-established and growing building services contractor who are expanding their London team. They're looking for an experienced HVAC Service Engineer to join their business, supporting a varied portfolio of commercial and industrial sites. This role offers consistent work, strong earning potential, and clear progression, alongside ongoing manufacturer training to keep your skills sharp. What You'll Be Doing Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on a wide range of HVAC systems Diagnosing and repairing electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration faults Working on equipment including: Split & multi-split systems VRV / VRF systems AHUs, FCUs & ventilation systems Heat pumps and chillers (where applicable) Performing leak detection, pressure testing, evacuation, and system recharging Completing service reports and ensuring F-Gas compliance Liaising with clients and internal teams to deliver a high standard of service Participating in an on-call rota (typically 1 in 6 - 1 in 8) What We're Looking For Essential: Minimum 3 years' experience as an HVAC / AC Service Engineer F-Gas Category 1 Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills Solid understanding of HVAC electrical & mechanical systems Full UK driving licence Ability to work independently across multiple sitesDesirable: NVQ Level 2/3 or City & Guilds in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Experience with chillers, heat pumps, or ventilation 18th Edition (BS7671) IPAF / PASMA What's On Offer Basic salary up to £55,000 OTE £60k+ with overtime & call-out Paid travel time (door to door) Ongoing manufacturer training & career development Stable, long-term role within a growing business Apply Now If you're an experienced HVAC Engineer looking for a well-paid, secure role with real earning potential, we'd like to hear from you.
