Warehouse Operative– Bradford (BD7) Thrive Personnel are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives for a client based in the Bradford (BD7) area. This role is primarily focused on general warehouse operations within an environment handling appliance equipment. The work can be physically demanding and involves heavy lifting, so candidates must be comfortable working in a manual, labour-intensive setting. FLT Counterbalance driving is available for suitable candidates; however, a valid FLT licence is beneficial rather than essential, as the role is mainly warehouse-based with opportunities to support FLT tasks where required. Key Details: Location: Bradford, BD7 Role Type: Temp to Perm Shift Pattern: Days only Monday to Friday 06:00 – 14:30 Duties: General warehouse operations Order picking and packing Goods in / goods out processing Handling and movement of appliance equipment Manual handling and heavy lifting FLT Counterbalance driving (for licensed candidates, where required) Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour (FLT licence holders £13.00 per hour) Requirements: FLT Counterbalance licence is beneficial but not essential Previous warehouse experience preferred Comfortable with heavy manual work involving appliance equipment Flexible, reliable, and a strong team player Job Type: Temp to Perm
