Multi Trader – Temp to Perm Opportunity Location: Knowsley/Salford/Oldham Pay Rate: Hourly rate for 12 weeks, then will be offered a £34,000 salary Hours: Full-Time Start Date: ASAP Contract: Temp to Perm About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Multi Trader to join a well-known social housing client of ours. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for someone who takes pride in their craft, delivers high-quality work, and enjoys variety in their day-to-day tasks. Key Responsibilities * Carry out multi-trade repairs and maintenance works (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, tiling, painting, plastering). * Diagnose job requirements and complete works to a high standard. * Work independently or as part of a team to meet deadlines and targets. * Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company and industry standards. * Provide excellent customer service when dealing with tenants Requirements * Proven experience as a Multi Trader or similar role. * Strong skills in at least two core trades. * Full UK driving licence (if required for the role). * Own tools preferred (company tools may be provided depending on the role).
