Process Control Engineer II Location: Northern Ireland Lisburn (on-site) Duration: 12 months | Inside IR35 Division: Global Supply Chain – Monitoring & Diagnostics Global leader in substation monitoring and diagnostics seeks an experienced Process Control Engineer to join their Industrialization team in Lisburn. This is a hands-on role improving manufacturing quality, automation, and supply chain efficiency within a cutting-edge electrical monitoring product line. Highlights: * Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) and process improvement projects. * Drive lean and Six Sigma initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency. * Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams on manufacturability and testing. * Optimize assembly automation, line layout, and ergonomics. * Support day-to-day manufacturing operations and resolve process issues. Your Background: * Degree in Engineering or Science (Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical). * Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement. * Confident with Excel, data analysis, and process documentation. * Familiar with Lean, Six Sigma, or LabVIEW a plus. * Driven problem-solver who enjoys hands-on involvement on the production floor
