Contract Manager Location: Daventry Start Date: Asap Type: Temporary Contract Hours: Monday to Friday, standard working hours Rate: £30 per hour (umbrella / contractor) Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee hard services on a hospital site in the Daventry area. This role focuses exclusively on Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring all planned and reactive maintenance meets contractual standards. Key Responsibilities of the Contract Manager: * Manage and monitor service delivery against agreed SLAs * Oversee hard services operations on site, ensuring compliance with all regulations * Liaise with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations * Identify and resolve issues affecting service delivery or SLA performance * Maintain accurate records of inspections, compliance, and maintenance activities * Provide regular reports to senior management regarding performance and compliance Requirements of the Contract Manager: * Proven experience managing hard services contracts, preferably in healthcare or hospital environments * Strong knowledge of SLA management and compliance monitoring * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple contractors and stakeholders * Knowledge of health & safety and regulatory compliance in a hospital setting Benefits: * Temporary contract with immediate start * Focused role managing SLAs on a critical hospital site * Competitive pay rate of £30 per hour To Apply Please submit your CV and relevant qualifications for immediate consideration
