DATA ANALYST / BI ANALYST (POWER BI) – North West London We’re working with a growing, Microsoft-focused technology business investing heavily in data, reporting, and AI. As part of this growth, they are looking for a Data Analyst to play a key role in shaping how data is used across the organisation. This is not a back-office reporting role. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across multiple business areas, helping them understand and use data more effectively. THE ROLE * Build and develop Power BI dashboards and reports * Work directly with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver insights * Help move the business from ad hoc reporting to scalable, structured analytics * Support migration from legacy reporting (SSRS) to a modern Azure-based environment * Contribute to improving data quality, accessibility, and usability TECH STACK * Power BI (core focus) * SQL / SQL Server * SSRS (legacy exposure) * Azure / Microsoft ecosystem WHAT THEY’RE LOOKING FOR * Strong experience with Power BI (dashboards, DAX, data modelling) * Confident working with stakeholders across the business * Solid SQL skills * Experience with SSRS or legacy reporting tools is beneficial * Someone proactive with a high-agency mindset who can take ownership WHY APPLY * High visibility role with real business impact * Opportunity to influence how data is used across the organisation * Exposure to modern data platforms and AI initiatives * Fast-growing business with strong long-term potential * Clear opportunity for progression as the data function expands LOCATION * North West London / Hertfordshire PACKAGE * £50,000 – £65,000 * Initially 5 days onsite for a few months then 3 days a week hybrid working / 2 days from home START DATE ASAP - They need someone who can start in the next few weeks / start of May at the latest.
