Warehouse Operative Location: Dorking Salary: Up to £29,500 basic Job Type: Full-time, Permanent The Role of a Warehouse Operative We’re currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy, well-established business within the engineering sector. This is a hands-on position where you’ll be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations, helping ensure goods are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently while maintaining high standards across the board. Key Responsibilities of a Warehouse Operative Receiving, checking, and booking in goods Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders Accurately recording stock movements on internal systems Maintaining stock accuracy and assisting with stock takes Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and safe at all times Operating warehouse equipment (training provided where required) Manual handling of goods (up to 25kg) Supporting other departments where neededRequirements of a Warehouse Operative Essential: Previous warehouse operative experience Good attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong team player with a positive attitudeDesirable: Forklift licence (Counterbalance/Reach) Experience using warehouse management systemsWhat’s on Offer as a Warehouse operative Basic salary up to £29,500 Overtime opportunities Full training and development Stable, long-term opportunity with a growing business Bonuses availableIf you are interested in this Warehouse Operative role, APPLY now or call Ben on (phone number removed).
