The role The purpose of this role is to provide an efficient administrative service to the Heating Team, working with internal and external partners to ensure that regulatory processes are followed through to completion within timescale . Working alongside our contractors and customers to overcome difficulties and improve the customer journey whilst ensuring overall compliancy is maintained. This role is part of Customer & Communities where you'll help us to lead the way keeping our promise to more than 100,000 customers. This is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract / Secondment position This role can be based in either The Midlands or the South, applicants from both locations will be considered. What you'll achieve Assist in the ownership of the customer journey by providing crucial works order management that is vital for all areas of delivery Responsible for providing financial monitoring support and analysis to Senior Management utilising the current management system Accountability in Producing payment schedules, process invoices, chase valuations and manage payments Lead operationally on CRM Task Management directly liaising with customers thereby ensuring that all queries are resolved to their satisfaction Responsible for Processing works orders, Purchase Orders Valuations and inspection requests in accordance with the policies and procedures and respond to general queries relating to proposed and confirmed repair works Highlight any issues of contractors not accepting jobs within SLA’s and address with contractor directly, escalating persistent issues to the Contracts Operations Manager Accountable for facilitating and communicating urgent referrals and delays in relation to Gas Delivery works Ensure the timely and accurate processing of legal compliancy and repair data to support business activity Responsible for Maintaining and updating team handbooks Supporting the Contract Operations Manager and Senior Officers in the Delivery of the service area as neededWhat you'll bring Essential skills Strong communications with written and verbal directions effectively with technical and non-technical audiences Computer literate - Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Teams Educated to GCSE level or equivalent including English and Maths Any relevant NVQ or other similar qualification desirable - for example Customer Service or Business Administration Experience of data analysis and management reporting Exceptionally customer orientated and detail focused and demonstrates a passion for delivering consistently good customer outcomes Gas Awareness Level 2 (can be given)Why Orbit?
