Customer Support Administrator


We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Customer Support Administrator to provide essential support across customer service, scheduling, logistics, and general administration. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities efficiently, and is committed to delivering excellent internal and external service. Key Responsibilities of the Customer Support Administrator: * Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and other channels. * Provide timely updates and resolutions to customer issues. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. * Manage internal documentation and filing systems. * Prepare reports, correspondence, and support materials. * Organise works and service schedules. * Maintain calendars and ensure timely communication of changes. * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations. * Assist with planning and tracking deliveries and maintenance jobs. * Liaise with suppliers and service partners to ensure timely execution. * Maintain accurate records for invoicing purposes * Ensure all information is collated ready for invoicing Skills & Experience required: * Previous experience in a customer service or administrative support role. * Strong organisational and time-management skills. * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. * Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). * Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
