About the Role This is a hands-on, rewarding role where no two days are the same. You will support children with autism and complex needs in a structured, nurturing environment—helping them develop life skills, regulate emotions, and achieve meaningful progress. Learning goes beyond the classroom, including outdoor activities and practical life skills such as cooking and daily routines that promote independence. Some pupils may display behaviours of concern, requiring calm and consistent support. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
