We are working in partnership with a fantastic specialist primary school in Harrogate, supporting pupils with a range of complex learning needs, including autism and physical or sensory impairments. As a SEND Teacher, you will become part of a supportive and experienced team focused on delivering high-quality, child-centred education tailored to individual needs. As a SEND Teacher, you will: · Deliver high-quality, personalised teaching to primary-aged pupils. · Plan and differentiate engaging lessons aligned with EHCP outcomes and developmental milestones. · Work collaboratively with the SENCO, support staff, and parents/carers to ensure a consistent and holistic approach. · Support the academic, social, and emotional development of each child. What Were Looking For: · Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. · Experience within an SEN setting or strong SEN knowledge in mainstream education. · A calm, patient, and resilient approach to behaviour management. · A genuine passion for inclusive education. · Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet a wide range of needs. To be eligible, you must: · Have the Right to Work in the UK. · Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the update service, or be willing to obtain one. · Provide two professional child-related references.
