gap personnel are currently seeking reliable Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and growing warehouse team based in Rainham. This is a hands-on role suited to individuals who are hardworking, detail-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment. Position: Warehouse Operative Location: Rainham  Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour  Key Responsibilities: Handling incoming and outgoing goods efficiently Preparing customer orders for dispatch, ensuring accuracy at all times Organising stock within the warehouse and keeping locations clearly maintained Assisting with loading and unloading deliveries Carrying out stock checks and reporting discrepancies Packaging items securely and labelling correctly Supporting general upkeep of the warehouse, ensuring a safe and tidy workspace Working collaboratively with colleagues to meet daily targets What We’re Looking For: Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential Good level of communication and teamwork skills Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy items when required Comfortable working on your feet throughout the shift A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one) If you’re interested in this opportunity, please apply with your up-to-date CV.
