About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with complex and profound needs. Many students require tailored communication approaches and benefit from sensory-based learning strategies. You will support pupils with: Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) Sensory impairments, including visual and hearing needs Non-verbal communication methods such as PECS, Makaton, AAC, and sensory cuesWorking closely with teachers, therapists, and care staff, you will help pupils engage with learning through structured routines, sensory experiences, and personalised support- ensuring every child feels safe, understood, and valued.
