Mechanical Project Manager

Client: Since their formation almost 20 years ago, my client has grown into one of London’s most reputable commercial office fit-out M&E contractors. They have established a strong track record delivering fast-paced CAT A and CAT B projects for a range of well-known main contractors London. The business has recently expanded with the launch of a new division led by a stand out divisional director. He has ambitious plans to scale this division significantly, with a focus on bringing in driven individuals who are looking to grow and progress as the team develops. Role/Responsibilities: ·      RFI’s and technical submittals ·      All health and safety ·      RAMS ·      Design Review liaising with consultants, client and main contractor Snagging ·      Testing and commissioning ·      Procurement ·      Chairing meetings internally and externally ·      Commissioning stages and project handover to the client ·      Tender review and validation ·      Pre- construction ·      Overseeing all installation and managing a large group The ideal candidate: ·      Have 3 years’ experience managing multi-disciplined Mechanical Services Installations. ·      Have great technical knowledge of mechanical services. ·      Experience doing fast pace commercial office fit out projects up to £1 million mechanical value.
