Job Role: Fleet, Compliance & Training Administrator Hours: Monday to Friday, Day Shifts Salary: £28,000k Location: Northampton Main Purpose of Job: Provide administrative support to ensure fleet and workshop equipment remain compliant, while supporting training and upskilling of workshop employees. Key Responsibilities for the Fleet, Compliance & Training Administrator: Maintain asset register and ensure statutory inspections are completed and recorded. Manage environmental data (energy, CO₂, waste) and produce reports. Monitor audits, escalate issues, and support follow-up actions. Manage PPE, workwear, and H&S requests. Conduct site health & safety checks and arrange occupational health assessments. Add and maintain vehicle records and compliance documentation. Monitor fleet KPIs (MOTs, LOLERs, SORN, etc.). Handle vehicle tax, VOR reporting, traffic violations, and insurance records/claims. Coordinate vehicle maintenance approvals. Produce customer invoices, recharges, and KPI reports. Support vehicle requests for contract hire customers. Manage supplier costs, reports, and compliance records. Deliver H&S inductions and maintain site standards. Manage waste, contractors, office supplies, and pool cars. Handle reception duties and enquiries.
