Due to an increase in workload and continued company growth, my client, a leading engineering company based near Stockport are looking to recruit a Quality Administrator to join their existing Quality team on a permanent basis. In this role you will work as part of the Quality Team to ensure the accurate administration of all quality documentation including supplier Documentation /Certification, certification from 3rd party suppliers (NDT/ Lab Testing) and any other associated documentation Candidates will ideally have a background in Quality Administration/ Document Control within a Manufacturing Engineering Environment. Working knowledge of quality/ materials documentation is advantageous. This would suit an experienced Administrator with a strong eye for detail. This position is office based 5 days per week. Hours - Mon – Thursday Friday (Apply online only) / Friday (Apply online only) Role Description * Ensure standards of quality and workmanship to BS EN ISO 9001 are met at all times * Manage incoming supplier documentation through internal control systems * Review incoming supplier certification against internal/customer specifications * Liaise with suppliers to provide pre-manufacture documentation to the customer * Track responses to documentation issues and liaise with the supplier/customer * Review internal certification * Record and create Quality Notifications for internal issues and for concessions to be sent to the customer * Control document rejection internally and with suppliers * Prepare and submit quality documentation packages to the customer * Authorise internal documents: POs, serialisation details, etc. * Effectively use the ERP system within your role Skills & Attributes * Demonstrable background within a Quality Administrative/ Document control role * Strong Attention to detail * Strong verbal and written communication skills Note: This vacancy is being advertised by Complete Talent Services Ltd who are acting as an Employment Business
