Operating across CAT A, CAT B, and structural refurbishment schemes, this business is known for delivering technically challenging projects to a high standard, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and buildability. The Business Established main contractor with £200m+ annual turnover Strong pipeline of Central London projects Specialists in commercial fit-out, refurbishment, and cut & carve Project values typically between £5m – £90m Excellent reputation for technical delivery and repeat business Discreet hiring process due to market positioning The Role As Technical Services Manager, you will take full ownership of the MEP strategy and delivery on a key London project. You’ll work closely with project leadership, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure services are coordinated, buildable, and delivered to programme, through to commissioning and handover. Key Responsibilities Lead MEP design coordination from Stage 3/4 through to completion Drive technical reviews to ensure compliance and buildability Manage client and consultant engagement through workshops and meetings Oversee procurement and package strategy for services Coordinate installation sequencing and subcontractor interfaces Take ownership of commissioning, testing, and handover processes Act as the technical lead for all building services matters on site Candidate Profile Strong track record delivering MEP packages on fit-out or refurbishment projects Experience taking projects from design through to PC Confident in a client-facing role with strong communication skills Commercially aware and able to influence delivery outcomes Good understanding of commissioning and QA processes Relevant qualification in Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering Package Up to £100,000 (all-in salary) Performance-related bonus Private healthcare Pension London-based projects  The Opportunity This is a chance to join a top-tier but discreet operator in the London fit-out market, delivering some of the capital’s most complex schemes.
