The Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Contracts Manager with a strong background in hospitality fit-out to join our growing operations team. This is a key leadership role where you will oversee multiple high-spec projects, ensuring exceptional standards in quality, compliance, and client satisfaction across all stages of delivery. Key Responsibilities Project Oversight * Manage multiple bar, kitchen, and hospitality fit-out projects from pre-start to completion * Ensure delivery to programme, budget, and specification Hospitality Expertise * Apply specialist knowledge of commercial kitchens, bar systems, joinery, and M&E integration Client Management * Act as the primary point of contact, building and maintaining strong client relationships Team Coordination * Lead and coordinate site managers, subcontractors, and installation teams Programme Control * Develop and manage project programmes, identifying risks and maintaining progress Commercial Support * Monitor budgets and variations, working closely with QS and commercial teams Compliance & Safety * Ensure adherence to CDM regulations, H&S standards, and industry best practice Quality Assurance * Conduct site inspections to ensure high standards and alignment with design intent Reporting * Provide regular updates to senior management and proactively flag risks About You * Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager within hospitality fit-out * Strong technical understanding of: * Commercial kitchens * Bar installations * Bespoke joinery * M&E coordination * Excellent organisational and multitasking skills * Strong client-facing and negotiation abilities * Commercially aware, with experience working alongside QS and estimating teams * Hands-on, proactive, and solutions-focused approach * Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide Desirable: * SMSTS * CSCS (Manager Card) * First Aid certification What We Offer Competitive salary (DOE) Company vehicle or car allowance Laptop, mobile phone, and expenses Company pension (after 3 months) Private healthcare (after probation) Performance-based bonus scheme 32 days holiday (including bank holidays) Opportunity to work on high-profile hospitality projects Supportive, fast-paced, and collaborative environment
