Line Operative

Siamo Recruitment are working with a leading with an expanding production team. For a Line Operative this is a perfect time to join a well-established company based in the outskirts of Swindon.   As the Line Operative your role will be to manufacture bespoke products on the production line, pick and pack distributor orders and regular stock rotation.   This Production Operative role will offer earlies, days and nights shift pattern, those being: Monday – Friday 06:00am – 14:00pm &14:00pm – 22:00pm & 22:00pm- 06:00am.   This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing company on a full-time basis.   Full training will be given. Temporary to permanent for the right candidate.   A brief overview of the role: Location – Outskirts of Swindon £13.70 - £19.67 per hour Monday – Friday Rotational 3- Shift 06:00am – 14:00pm &14:00pm – 22:00pm & 22:00pm- 06:00am. PPE Provided Overtime Available Free onsite parking Pension Lunch facilities  Your role as a Line Operative will involve the following duties: Quality checking all goods prior to dispatch Liaising with supervisors if there are any faults Running safety checks on machinery Machine operating safety and efficiently Preparing products for dispatch - making boxes / packaging / labelling Loading pallets for delivery Working on the assembly line Some degree of heavy lifting will be required General warehouse housekeeping duties  The ideal candidate for the Line Operative position will have: Production operative experience is extremely essential Full UK Driving License Quality control experience Good communication skills Good team worker Good attention to detail Keen eye for detail
