Mechanical Supervisor

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Mechanical Supervisor to join our team on a high profile new build commercial project. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering a complex development, ensuring mechanical works are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Mechanical Supervisor Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate all on-site mechanical works, including HVAC, pipework, and plant installation * Manage subcontractors and ensure work is carried out in line with project specifications and drawings * Monitor progress against the programme and report on milestones and delays * Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies * Conduct site inspections and quality checks to maintain high standards * Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other trades to ensure smooth project delivery * Review RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements) and ensure adherence on site * Assist in commissioning and handover processes Mechanical Supervisor Requirements: * Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor on commercial construction projects * Strong knowledge of mechanical systems including HVAC and building services * SSSTS or SMSTS certification * CSCS card (relevant trade or supervisory level) * Strong leadership and communication skills * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications * Proactive problem solving approach and attention to detail To Apply Please up load your up to date CV to apply for the Mechanical Supervisor position
