Team Leader – Immunoassay (Regulatory Bioanalysis) Location: France A global CRO is expanding its bioanalytical division, creating an opportunity for an experienced Immunoassay Team Leader to join their growing team. This is a key leadership role within a well-established regulatory bioanalysis group, supporting pharmaceutical and biotech clients across clinical development. The Role * Lead, mentor, and develop a team of immunoassay scientists * Oversee and lead bioanalytical studies for PK, PD & ADA assays * Act as SME for MSD & Gyrolab platforms * Drive assay optimisation, troubleshooting & lifecycle management * Own client relationships and ensure high-quality, timely data delivery * Ensure compliance with GxP, FDA & ICH M10 guidelines Your Background * Proven experience in regulatory bioanalysis (CRO/pharma) * Strong expertise in immunogenicity assays * Hands-on with immunoassay platforms such as MSD /Gyrolab / Softmax / luminex * Prior team leadership or mentoring experience * Being French speaking is Essential.
