This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused individual to join a dynamic team in a front-facing role, acting as the first point of contact for tenants, clients, and visitors. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a high-quality, responsive service while supporting operational teams to meet key performance targets. 🎯 Key Responsibilities * Deliver a professional and welcoming reception service to all visitors and clients * Act as the first point of contact via telephone, email, and face-to-face enquiries * Manage customer queries efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate responses * Take ownership of enquiries, aiming for first-contact resolution wherever possible * Support customers with rent payments and provide initial guidance on rent accounts and arrears * Administer repair requests, including logging issues, raising jobs, and monitoring progress * Liaise with contractors to coordinate repairs and appointments * Maintain accurate records and ensure internal systems are kept up to date * Ensure reception and public areas are well-presented and compliant with GDPR standards * Provide administrative support across housing, maintenance, and lettings functions * Assist in the day-to-day coordination of a busy media centre environment * Handle sensitive situations with professionalism, empathy, and sound judgement * Follow procedures relating to anti-social behaviour and liaise with relevant stakeholders * Uphold health and safety standards in line with current policies 🧩 Candidate Profile Kenwood Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking candidates who demonstrate: * A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * Strong organisational and administrative abilities * The ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload * A proactive and solution-focused approach * Emotional intelligence and the ability to manage challenging situations * The ability to work both independently and as part of a team 🌱 What’s on Offer * A supportive and collaborative working environment * Opportunities for training and career development * The chance to work in a varied and rewarding role * An opportunity to contribute to improving customer experience and service delivery 🀝 About the Client Our client is an established housing provider and is committed to placing customers at the heart of everything they do. This is a temporary contract to begin with and there is a chance for this role to become permanent after 16 weeks.
