tatic Air Conditioning Engineer Location: Battersea / Wandsworth (SW18) Salary: £50,000 About the Role We are currently recruiting for a Static Air Conditioning Engineer to be based at a high-end residential development in the Battersea/Wandsworth area. This is a site-based role focused on the servicing, maintenance, fault finding, and repair of air conditioning systems, with a strong emphasis on Daikin equipment. The position offers a stable working environment with no call-out requirement and consistent working hours. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on air conditioning systems Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on AC units efficiently Service and maintain VRF systems, condensers, and apartment indoor units Work predominantly on Daikin systems using on-site service checker tools Ensure all systems are operating efficiently and in line with manufacturer guidelines Complete service reports and maintain accurate records of work carried out Liaise with site management and residents where required Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations at all times Equipment & Systems Daikin VRF systems Condensers Apartment indoor units No chillers on site Requirements Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer in a commercial or residential setting Strong working knowledge of Daikin systems (essential) Experience using Daikin Service Checker (highly desirable) F-Gas qualification (essential) Ability to fault-find and diagnose issues independently Good communication skills and a professional approach Package Salary: £50,000 Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm Holiday: 23 days annual leave + bank holidays Call-Out: None Stable, long-term static site role
