No CeMAP required to start – full training and qualification support provided. Role Overview * Contact and qualify warm mortgage leads * Book appointments for Mortgage Advisors * Manage client records via CRM * Liaise with clients and internal teams * Work towards targets and KPIs This is a professional, structured role with around 50 calls per week – not a call centre environment.
