Registered Manager

We're currently working with a growing children’s residential care provider who is looking to appoint an experienced Registered Manager for a 4-bed EBD home in the Tameside area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong leader who is passionate about creating safe, therapeutic environments for young people with emotional and behavioural needs. 🔹 Salary: £50,000-£55,000 🔹 Location: Tameside, Greater Manchester 🔹 Setting: 4-bed EBD children’s home 🔹 Supportive senior leadership team 🔹 Opportunity to shape and develop the service We are particularly keen to speak with professionals who have: ✔ Experience managing or deputising in a children’s residential home ✔ Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding ✔ Leadership experience managing staff teams ✔ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards) If you’re an experienced Deputy Manager ready to step up or an existing Registered Manager looking for your next challenge, I’d be happy to have a confidential conversation
