Setting Out Engineer – RC Frame and Groundwork Birmingham £280 per day - £320 per day via CIS About the company Our client is a privately-owned business based in London that specialises in the construction of Groundworks and Civil Engineering packages. They currently turnover in the region of £70million per annum, with structured plans for steady and sustainable growth. About the Role The Setting Out Engineer will be responsible for accurately setting out and surveying the RC Frame and Groundwork package across site. This includes interpreting technical drawings, establishing grid lines and levels, and ensuring all works are carried out in line with project specifications. You’ll work closely with site management and subcontractors, playing a key role in maintaining quality, accuracy, and programme on site. About the requirements * 3+ years’ experience as a Setting Out Engineer within Groundworks or Civil Engineering * Proficient with surveying equipment (GPS, Total Station) * Strong understanding of drawings, specifications, and site procedures * Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team About the Benefits and Rewards £280 per day to £320 per day Please apply or contact Bradley at Cityscape Recruitment for more information
