Electrical Engineer Location: Birmingham (static site) Type: Temp to Perm (via umbrella) Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week Rate: £23- 25 per hour (umbrella) Salary (Perm): £40,000 per annum Start: ASAP Role Overview We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer for a temp-to-perm opportunity on a static site in Birmingham. You will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, and general electrical maintenance to ensure all systems operate safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities of an Electrical Engineer: * Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks * Respond to and complete reactive maintenance work * Perform general electrical maintenance across the site * Fault-finding and troubleshooting electrical issues * Ensure all work is completed in line with current electrical regulations * Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs * Work safely and comply with all health & safety procedures Requirements of an Electrical Engineer: * NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent * 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification * Proven experience in maintenance (PPM and reactive) * Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits * Temp-to-perm opportunity with long-term stability * Monday to Friday working hours * Overtime available and optional call out rota * Opportunity to work on a stable, static site To Apply Please submit your CV and relevant qualifications for immediate consideration
