Operative – Cwmbran £12.71 per hour | 4-Day Working Week | Temporary to Ongoing | Immediate Start Available Nu Staff are currently recruiting for a General Operative to join the Service Department of a well-established manufacturer in Cwmbran. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail and good organisational skills to work within a busy and supportive team environment. A major benefit of this role is the 4-day working week – enjoy a long weekend every week! Hours of Work: Monday to Wednesday: 6:30AM – 4:30PM Thursday: 6:30AM – 4:00PM (4-day working week – Friday off!) Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour Key Responsibilities: Booking products into the system using the company’s in-house software Checking incoming goods for damage and warranty status Accurately recording product details and processing returns Storing products in the correct locations within the service/warehouse area Handling deliveries and returns efficiently Maintaining accurate records and documentation Ensuring all items are logged and tracked correctly Keeping the work area clean, organised, and safe Following all Health & Safety procedures at all times What We’re Looking For: Previous warehouse, admin, or goods-in experience preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Confident using systems/computers Good organisational and time management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and a team player Proactive attitude and willingness to learn Benefits: 4-day working week – long weekends every week Ongoing training and development provided Supportive and friendly team environment Opportunity for long-term work Location: Cwmbran – must be able to commute reliably Click apply and a member of the Nu Staff team will be in touch or Call the office on (phone number removed) to speak with member of staff.
